Always driven by a pursuit of excellence, Brodie has over 15 years’ experience in high-performance sport and bike fitting. He has worked closely with World record holders, Olympians and national sports organisations. As a triathlete, he spent over 10 years racing as an elite with over 25 wins. After switching from Cross-tri / Xterra to Ironman during his latter years of racing, he discovered a significant gap in triathlon and cycling products that led him to pursue the development and launch of Intune Aero.
Brodie’s background in automotive mechanics, biomechanics and engineering studies have enabled him the ability to identify market gaps, particularly where performance and aerodynamics matter. Through innovation and thinking ‘outside the box’, Intune Aero aims to be at the forefront of triathlon and cycling product design to maximise human performance. Intune Aero is based on the Sunshine Coast, Australia’s home of triathlon and the future venue of the 2032 Olympic Games road cycling and mountain biking. With a purpose-built facility, Intune Aero are able to perform extensive product R&D and proudly produce over 90% of products in-house. Intune Aero’s manufacturing capabilities include carbon fibre layup, computer numerical control (CNC) machining, laser cutting and engraving, and 3D printing.
