Shipping Information
At Intune Aero, we proudly ship your orders* from our locations in Australia and Canada to ensure faster delivery times wherever you are in the world. All orders over the price of $200AUD will be eligible for FREE standard shipping rates.

Processing Times:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days**. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Locations:
  • Orders within Australia and nearby regions are shipped from our Australian facility.
  • Orders within Canada, the United States, and surrounding areas are shipped from our Canadian facility.
    We aim to dispatch your order from the location closest to you whenever possible.

Estimated Delivery Times:
Express shipping options:

  • Australia & Canada: 2–4 business days
  • United States: 2–5 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days (varies by destination)

Standard shipping options:

  • Australia & Canada: 2–7 business days
  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping Costs:
All purchases >$200.00 AUD will receive free standard shipping. All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please ensure you select the correct shipping option to avoid delays to receiving your order.

Customs & Duties:
For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns 
At Intune Aero, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus a 10% restocking fee within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
Need a different size, color, or product? No problem! Contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help arrange an exchange where possible.

Non-Returnable Items:
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

**Current production timeframe for IntuneAERO Dyad and UNO Tribar Syst3ms is 2-4 weeks. Please contact support prior to your order for precise production time frames. We aim to have stock for next day shipment available from May 2025.
