The IntuneAERO dual bottle behind-the-arms mounting system is the perfect way to fit two additional drink bottles whilst decreasing drag. 3D printed with engineering grade and UV resistant filament, it's lightweight, minimalist and affordable.
The system mounts directly to the extension posts and headset. With 40mm of fore-and-aft and 120mm in height adjustment, it will fit almost every bike with dual extension posts and rider positions. The dual bottle stack can easily be removed to use with just a single bottle cage.
Specific bike models and generic 'self-drill' options available.
The kit includes:
- 3D printed mounting bracket
- 3D printed dual bottle stack/towers (83mm, 20mm, 10mm)
- 3D printed dual bottle arm
- 50mm, 40mm, 30mm, 20mm, 10mm and 5mm spacers
- 150mm M6 steerer tube bolt (can be cut down to desired link if required)
- 2x110mm M5 bolts and nuts
- 2x12mm M5 bolts and nuts
