At IntuneAERO, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus a 10% restocking fee + any import duties paid by IntuneAERO within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size, colour, or product? No problem! Contact us at info@intunesports.com.au and we’ll help arrange an exchange where possible.

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
