Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days**. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Locations
- Orders within Australia, Oceania, Asia, the Middle East, Europe and South America are shipped from Australia.
- Orders within Canada, the United States, Mexico and surrounding areas are shipped from Canada.
- For all other regions, we will dispatch your order from our closest facility to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates
All purchases >$200.00 AUD will receive free standard shipping. All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please ensure you select the correct shipping option to avoid delays to receiving your order.
Customs and Import Duties
At IntuneAERO, we are committed to delivering a seamless experience with no unwanted surprises. For this reason , we cover all import duties no matter where you are. If you do happen to receive an import fee notice from customs or the courier, please pay the charge directly to avoid any delays. Once you have received your order, simply send a copy of the receipt to info@intunesports.com.au and we will process a full refund for the import duty amount within 5 working days.
