The Intune Aero Downtube Storage Box for Orbea Ordu is custom-engineered to fit the latest model Ordu TT bike. Each box is precision-designed to securely house an inner tube, CO2 canister, and tyre levers—or a selection of nutrition—and now includes an optional mount for a rear light to enhance rider safety.

Our boxes are 3D printed using engineering-grade, UV-resistant filament for maximum longevity, aerodynamic efficiency, and weight savings. The design features a hinged lid with rare-earth magnets, providing easy access while ensuring a secure, rattle-free closure. An internal compartment slot specifically secures your CO2 canister, preventing dislodgement on rough surfaces.
Secure & Protective Installation
Installation is straightforward thanks to our unique seat-post stirrup design and the use of Very High Bond (VHB) adhesive on the seat tube. With tens of thousands of kilometres of real-world testing, this system ensures the box remains perfectly stable while protecting your frame from unwanted rubbing or movement.
